I was introduced Long Vong from my real estate agent in 2018. I have been working with him for the first purchase and two more refinances. Shopping mortgage could be rough. He is very experienced, trusted, responsive, transparent and capable loan officer. He deals with different lenders so for me, he is a one stop place to get the lowest rate. I appreciates his efficiency and hardworking.

Long had been very patient and responsive to the needs and wants of a first time home buyer like us. His never-say-no attitude and gravitas helped us complete our loan in time. His working style built the trust and confidence through out the transaction. He was always available to respond to our queries, give any clarifications and expedite the loan processing. Professional, courteous, great knowledge base, and reliable. My Wife and I were first time homebuyers with plenty of questions and just as much anxiety about the whole process. From escrow to closing, Long was with us each and every step- carefully explaining what needed to be done and updating us of any information available. One of the highlights of his professionalism is his dependability- whether it was a text at 9:30 pm or a phone call at 8am, whenever I had a question about the escrow process, he was there to answer it. The purchase of our home was time sensitive and we were able to bid on a home, go into escrow, and close the deal within a month. (3 weeks to be exact)I would not hesitate to use Long as my Real Estate Lending Manager in the future. Kudos also go out to his assistant, Alexis, I'm sure she worked relentlessly behind the scenes to make this process go along smoothly.
